Home to Home Delivery was established by the founders of Oakworth Furniture, who found from years of trading and experience that there is a lack of couriers available who truly understand the importance of customer service and how a poor delivery experience leads to a lack of confidence for future purchases. 

We understand that most purchases are made online and the delivery team, more often than not are the first point of physical contact that a customer will experience. With this in mind, we are proud to offer a service that a customer requires, surpassing all expectations with making such purchases.

Situations can occur that can be problematic, however, we strive for perfection in all cases. Where there may be an issue, our prime focus is to ensure that there is a prompt resolution for you as a customer, to ensure that you are pleased with the overall service and that any issue or complaint is resolved to your upmost satisfaction. 

As we introduce Home to Home Delivery, we have implemented steps and sustainable goals for the next coming months to expand and offer our services to the entirety of England and Wales.

Our Pledge to our Clients

With extensive experience in dealing with third party couriers, we understand the shortfalls and difficulties that can occur. Our experience over the years has found that larger couriers have difficulty given their size to offer the service that independent retailers are known and preferred for.   As a client to larger couriers, we have found that difficulty occurs as the customer service expectations aren’t aligned with that of the client, which can prove to be problematic. With our experience, we understand that each client has different needs to which we can accommodate for and tailor the service to meet their requirements. For smaller independent clients, service is the prime source for new and repeat customers. With our service, we will fulfil your expectations where possible. We will go above and beyond to ensure that your customer receives a continuous standard of customer service from the point of purchase through to the delivery.
