Coverage Map

Our lead time for delivery is between 4 to 14 working days. With certain areas such as London being covered every 4 working days. If you have limited availability, please contact our team with dates that are convenient for yourself.

In order to provide as much notice to yourself and to allow for enough time for arrangements to be made for the delivery, we aim to notify customers at least 4 days prior of the allocated date for delivery. Once the delivery date has been confirmed, we will contact you the day before delivery and provide a 3 hour time window.

Our objective is to offer a premium white glove room of choice delivery service which surpasses that of leading couriers. We are strongly focused on quality over quantity, ensuring that customer service is our focal point.

With longevity and feasibility being our focus, we cover key areas such as London and the Midlands. Offering the additional services such as assembly and disposal for the customers peace of mind and convenience.

Home to Home Delivery plans to expand further and offer delivery services to other independent furniture retailers to keep in line with our ethos and mentality. With plans for manageable expansion, our objective is to scale without detriment to our service level.
